Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you need to return an item to us, please notify us immediately, through whichever method you purchased, or you can email us directly on returns@raggededgerigging.com to explain why you would like to return a product and have a refund.

Should we accept the return, you’ll need to post it back to us within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Items may only be returned if they do not match the items you had ordered. Examples of where items may be returned include:

  • if the wrong item or product was delivered to you;
  • if the item or product is unreasonably defective; and
  • if the item or product has been tampered with.  

All returned items must be returned with their original packaging, please note we can not accept returns if clothing items have been worn (other than for fitting purposes).

  1. Items with any customisation, for example branding, rope cut to specific length, splicing, rigging etc. are non-returnable, except if there is a defect or fault.

Your refund will be applied within 14 days of us receiving it and will be issued through the original method of payment. In relation to any credit/debit card refunds, please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed by the issuing bank.
